Existing Ground Leases definition

Existing Ground Leases. Those ground leases listed on Schedule 2.1C attached hereto and made a part hereof, as the same may have been amended or modified in writing after the Existing Lease Effective Date with the written consent of Lessor and Tenant, each acting in its sole discretion.
Existing Ground Leases means the ground leases which are listed on ---------------------- Exhibit "F", but for purposes of this Agreement shall not include any amendments or modifications after the Effective Date.
Existing Ground Leases means those ground leases listed on Schedule 5.12.1 attached hereto and made a part hereof, as the same may have been amended or modified in writing after the Effective Date with the written consent of Landlord.

More Definitions of Existing Ground Leases

Existing Ground Leases means (i) the Osguthorpe Easement and (ii) the SITLA Ground Lease, each as assigned to Talisker Canyons PropCo LLC and Tenant as tenants in common, and held by them pursuant to the Tenancy in Common Agreement.
