Existing Note Documents definition

Existing Note Documents means “Transaction Documents” (as such term is defined in the Existing Indenture).
Existing Note Documents means, collectively, the Existing Notes Indenture, the Existing Notes, each Note Guarantee (as defined in the Existing Notes Indenture) and all other documentation related to the Existing Notes;
Existing Note Documents means the indentures and/or trust agreements pursuant to which the Existing Notes were issued.

Examples of Existing Note Documents in a sentence

  • The Obligations constitute “Senior Indebtedness” (or other comparable term) of the Company under and as defined in the Existing Note Documents governing any Subordinated Indebtedness.
