Existing Notes Security Agreement definition
Existing Notes Security Agreement means, collectively, U.S. Existing Notes Security Agreement and the Canadian Existing Notes Security Agreement.
Existing Notes Security Agreement means the Pledge and Security Agreement, dated as of the date hereof, by and among Holdings, Northern Tier Finance Corporation, the subsidiary guarantors from time to time party thereto and the Note and Specified Hedge Representative.
Existing Notes Security Agreement means the Amended and Restated Security Agreement, dated as of March 26, 2015 (effective as of April 13, 2015), among the Company and the Guarantors in favor of the Notes Collateral Agent, as amended or supplemented from time to time prior to the Issue Date.
