Existing Option definition

Existing Option means an option grant made under the Existing Option Plan;
Existing Option means each award of share options that has been granted under the Rowan Stock Plans that is outstanding and unexercised immediately prior to the Effective Time.
Existing Option means an option to purchase one SVS granted under the Stock Option Plan that is outstanding immediately before the Effective Time;
