Vested Options definition

Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 1.3 of this Agreement.
Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.
Vested Options means Options that have vested in accordance with the applicable Award Agreement.

Examples of Vested Options in a sentence

  • Vested Options may be exercised for a period of one (1) year from the date of Termination of Service by reason of Retirement, subject to termination on the Option’s expiration date, if earlier (and, for purposes of clarity, non-vested Options will be forfeited on the date of Termination of Service by reason of Retirement).

More Definitions of Vested Options

Vested Options means, as of any date, Options which by their terms are exercisable on such date.

Vested Options means Options that are not subject to immediate termination upon a Termination of Service, either because they are Initial Vested Options, or have ceased to be Unvested Options pursuant to the Vesting Provisions of this Agreement.
