Existing Policy definition

Existing Policy shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.8(c).
Existing Policy means a policy entered into before the date on which the relevant rule takes effect;
Existing Policy means each policy of general liability insurance, automobile liability insurance and workers compensation insurance (other than any insurance policy that is the subject of any reinsurance agreement) issued prior to the date hereof by the Company or an ACE Affiliate to a B&W Entity or a MII Entity, as applicable, including those policies identified on Exhibit III and Exhibit VII attached hereto and made a part hereof.

  • The policy dollar coverage limits of any such policy shall be not less than the policy limit under any Company policy in place within the one (1) year prior to the Executive’s termination of employment (the “Existing Policy”) or, if less, the policy dollar coverage limit that can be purchased by the Company for all of its current and former directors and officers at an annual premium equal to two times the Company’s annual premium for the Existing Policy.

  • Such obligations shall continue to be performed to the extent and in the manner set forth in the applicable Existing Policy by the Company and/or by the ACE Affiliates, as the case may be, for the benefit of such Persons who are entitled to such performance under the applicable Existing Policy, provided, however, that to the extent that such performance gives rise to Obligations, the responsibility for such Obligations shall be governed by this Agreement.


More Definitions of Existing Policy

Existing Policy means a policy of insurance subsisting immediately before the commencement day being a policy that was issued by the SGIO or a policy under which the SGIO had undertaken liability;
