Trading Policy definition

Trading Policy means the Company’s policy permitting certain individuals to sell Company shares only during certain “window” periods and/or otherwise restricts the ability of certain individuals to transfer or encumber Company shares, as in effect from time to time.
Trading Policy means any exchange and/or xxxxxxx xxxxxxx policy that may be established by Manager or PubCo, as may be amended from time to time.

More Definitions of Trading Policy

Trading Policy means the Company’s Pre-Clearance Policy permitting officers, directors and other employees to buy or sell Company shares on the open market only after pre-clearance, as set forth in the policy, subject to the terms of the Pre-Clearance Policy, as in effect from time to time.
