  • The Stockholders’ execution of this Agreement and performance of their obligations hereunder shall not trigger a Series A-1 Mandatory Conversion (as defined in the Existing RMT Partner Charter).

  • MLP Partnership Agreement means the Amended and Restated Agreement of Limited Partnership of the MLP, as amended or restated from time to time.
