Existing Secured Notes Collateral Agent definition

Existing Secured Notes Collateral Agent means the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, in its capacity as trustee and collateral agent under the Existing Secured Notes.
Existing Secured Notes Collateral Agent means U.S. Bank National Association, in its capacity as collateral agent for the Existing Secured Notes Secured Parties.
