Existing Senior Note Indentures definition
Existing Senior Note Indentures means (a) that certain Indenture, dated as of December 15, 2006, among the Borrower and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, pursuant to which the Borrower issued 8.625% senior notes due 2013 and (b) that certain Indenture, dated as of December 15, 2006, among the Borrower and The Bank of New York Trust Company, N.A., as trustee, trustee, pursuant to which the Borrower issued senior floating rate notes due 2013.
Existing Senior Note Indentures means, collectively, the Existing Senior Cash Note Indenture and the Existing Senior Toggle Note Indenture.
Existing Senior Note Indentures means the Indenture dated as of May 15, 1997, between Holdings, as issuer, and The Bank of New York, as trustee, and the Indenture dated as of May 20, 1998, between Holdings, as issuer, and The Bank of New York, as trustee, in each case as such Indenture may have been and may hereafter be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
