Existing Software definition

Existing Software means software licensed by the Customer outside of this Agreement and which is used to provide the Services and which remains subject to the terms and conditions of the agreements under which it was originally acquired.
Existing Software means software (including object code and source code versions) and associated documentation licensed in accordance with terms set out at clause 15.2 and additional conditions set out in Schedule 8 provided by or on behalf of the Supplier to the Authority to use with and/or within or part of the New Software; Force Majeure (a) fire, explosion, lightning, xxxxx, xxxxxxx, flood, bursting or overflowing of water tanks, apparatus or pipes, ionising, radiation, earthquakes, riot and civil commotion;
Existing Software means the software and documentation of the current K-3 System Software (Version 3.0).

More Definitions of Existing Software

Existing Software means all Software owned by or licensed to Assignor as of the Effective Date relating to the Fibre Channel Products.
Existing Software means Software of which the Contractor is the owner of intellectual property rights or in which the Contractor has sufficient rights to grant sub- licences. Existing Software means the Software licensed by Customer prior to the Amendment Effective Date.
Existing Software means the Software identified in Schedule 1 (Specification) which as at the Commencement Date is licensed to the Customer directly from the owner of that Software and in respect of which the Contractor is providing Services in accordance with the Contract together with all Modifications of that Software provided to the Customer as part of the Updating Services;
Existing Software means that Software which was licensed by Customer prior to the Effective Date and is listed on the Purchase Table Schedule.
