Existing Stadium Site definition

Existing Stadium Site means the approximate 132-acre real property situated in the City of San Diego at 9449 Friars Road, between Interstate 15 (I-15) and Interstate 8 (I-8), as reflected on the site map attached hereto as Section 8, Exhibit A (page A-1).

Examples of Existing Stadium Site in a sentence

  • If there is a delay in conveyance of the Existing Stadium Site for this reason, the Agency and the City shall remain obligated to convey the Existing Stadium Site to Developer upon the 49ers Departure.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the City shall have no obligation to convey, and the Agency shall have no obligation to accept, all or any part of the Property leased to the 49ers (the “Existing Stadium Site”) before the existing lease to the 49ers (the “49ers Lease”) has terminated or expired and the 49ers have vacated the Existing Stadium Site (the “49ers Departure”).

  • The “Early Transfer Property”, comprising approximately 70.09 acres, means that portion of the Existing Stadium Site consisting of Assessor’s Block/Lot No. (“AB”) 5000-001 less any portion thereof within the Park Addition Trust Termination Parcel (as defined in the Public Trust Exchange Agreement) and less any portion of the Old Stadium Development Site Public Trust Parcel, as defined in the Public Trust Exchange Agreement, each to the extent located within AB 5000-001.

  • Promptly following the 49ers Departure, the parties shall cooperate to effectuate a closing to effectuate a conveyance of the Existing Stadium Site to the Agency as contemplated by this Agreement.

  • Such license may entitle the Existing Stadium Lessee to (i) use the License Area for all purposes for which the Existing Stadium Site may be utilized, and (ii) have all of the rights and responsibilities with respect to the License Area as though it were a part of the Existing Stadium Site.

  • There shall be no cutoff date for an Administrative Delay, new environmental conditions, CEQA Delay, or for the failure of the 49ers to vacate the Existing Stadium Site.

  • Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this DDA, in no event shall an Excusable Delay extend for a period greater than (i) for litigation, three (3) months after a final, non-appealable judgment is issued or affirmed, (ii) for all other events other than Administrative Delay, CEQA Delays, or the failure of the 49ers to vacate the Existing Stadium Site, forty-eight (48) months after the start of the Excusable Delay.
