Existing stake definition

Existing stake means the total contribution of the Promoter in the form of equity as well as debt. The detailed operational guidelines on the matter will be shared with MLIs of the scheme.

  • Consenting Stakeholders has the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.

  • Contracting State means a State party to the Treaty;

  • Participating State means a state that has executed a Participating Addendum or has indicated an intent to execute a Participating Addendum.

  • generating station or “station” means any station for generating electricity, including any building and plant with step-up transformer, switch-gear, switch yard, cables or other appurtenant equipment, if any, used for that purpose and the site thereof; a site intended to be used for a generating station, and any building used for housing the operating staff of a generating station, and where electricity is generated by water-power, includes penstocks, head and tail works, main and regulating reservoirs, dams and other hydraulic works, but does not in any case include any sub-station;

  • Non-compacting state means any State which is not at the time a Compacting State.

  • Initiating state means a state in which a proceeding pursuant to this or a substantially similar reciprocal law is commenced.

  • Requesting state means a state which invokes the procedures of the compact to secure the undertaking or intensification of measures to control or eradicate one or more pests within one or more other states.

  • Deep sedation means a drug-induced depression of consciousness during which patients cannot be easily aroused but respond purposefully following repeated or painful stimulation. The ability to independently maintain ventilatory function may be impaired. Patients may require assistance in maintaining a patent airway, and spontaneous ventilation may be inadequate. Cardiovascular function is usually maintained.

  • long-stay visa means an authorisation issued by a Member State as provided for in Article 18 of the Schengen Convention or issued in accordance with the national law of Member States not applying the Schengen acquis in full;

  • broadcasting station means a station in the broadcasting service.

  • Name Change has the meaning given thereto in Section 5.2(a);

  • Offering Statement means the offering statement on Form 1-A (File No. [_________]) filed by the Company with the Commission on [_________], and the offering circular filed pursuant to Rule 253(g)(2) of the Securities Act on [_________], pursuant to which the Company has qualified for sale a maximum of $50,000,000 of its Common Shares under Regulation A of the Securities Act, as such offering statement may be amended or supplemented from time to time, or such other offering statements that the Company may qualify or register under the Securities Act from time to time.

  • Common Reporting Standard means the standard for automatic exchange of financial account information in tax matters (which includes the Commentaries), developed by the OECD, with G20 countries;

  • International Accounting Standards means the accounting standards approved by the International Accounting Standards Board from time to time.

  • Existing Stockholders means the stockholders of the Corporation immediately prior to the IPO as listed on Schedule A (including the Existing Stockholders Representative in its capacity as an Existing Stockholder) together with any Permitted Assignees.

  • Governing State has the meaning set forth is Section 10.3 hereof.

  • International Financial Reporting Standards or “IFRS” means the accounting standards issued or endorsed by the International Accounting Standards Board.

  • Applicable Accounting Standards means Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the United States, International Financial Reporting Standards or such other accounting principles or standards as may apply to the Company’s financial statements under United States federal securities laws from time to time.

  • Underwriting Standards As to each Mortgage Loan, the Seller's underwriting guidelines in effect as of the date of origination of such Mortgage Loan.

  • resident of a Contracting State means any person who, under the laws of that State, is liable to tax therein by reason of his domicile, residence, place of management or any other criterion of a similar nature, and also includes that State and any political subdivision or local authority thereof. This term, however, does not include any person who is liable to tax in that State in respect only of income from sources in that State or capital situated therein.

  • Licensing state means any state with regulations equivalent to the suggested state regulations for control of radiation relating to, and an effective program for, the regulatory control of NARM and which has been granted final designation by the Conference of Radiation Control Program Directors, Inc.
