Existing Tooling definition

Existing Tooling means all accountable Tooling relating to this SBP in the possession of Boeing on the date hereof, "Existing Boeing-Use Tooling", "Existing Common-Use Tooling" and "Existing Contractor-Use Tooling" means respectively "Boeing-Use Tooling", "Common-Use Tooling" and "Contractor-Use Tooling" that are not New Tooling.
Existing Tooling shall have the meaning set forth in Section 6.2(a).
Existing Tooling means the Tooling which, as at the date of this Agreement, is owned by the Buyer, as indicated in Schedule Seven.

Examples of Existing Tooling in a sentence

  • With respect to Existing Tooling and New Tooling, and in the event Boeing furnishes Tooling to Seller, Seller shall conform to the standards and requirements of Document D33200-1.

  • The repair, maintenance or replacement of any such Existing Tooling that fails to achieve such capacity before Five (5) Contract Years from the Existing Tooling Commissioned Date shall be at Supplier's sole cost and expense.

  • This requirement shall apply to Boeing-Use Tooling until delivery thereof to Boeing and to Contractor-Use Tooling and Common-Use Tooling at all times prior to the removal thereof by Boeing or delivery to Boeing or Boeing’s designee pursuant to GTA Section 12.0, GTA Section 13.0 or SBP Section 33.0. All Existing Tooling shall remain identified with its identification tag containing the Boeing Lifetime Serial Number of such Tooling.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions of this SBP Section 28.1, and without diminishing Seller's obligations under this SBP, risk of any loss of, or damage to, all Existing Tooling and New Tooling (except for Common-Use Tooling) shall pass from Seller to Boeing upon delivery as set forth in Section 3.4.2 (Delivery Point and Schedule), except for loss or damage to the extent resulting from Seller's fault or negligence or failure to comply with the terms of this SBP.

  • Existing Contractor-Use Tooling (as defined in "Existing Tooling") and New Contractor-Use Tooling shall be in the configuration, quantity and quality required to produce (i) Production Articles in accordance with SBP Attachment 14 and (ii) other Boeing requirements for Products (including, without limitation, Spare Parts).

  • Boeing will retain ownership of all Existing Tooling and shall acquire ownership of all New Tooling upon passage of title thereto to Boeing in accordance with Section 3.3.4.6 of this SBP, and for financial reporting purposes and income tax purposes the Parties shall treat all Tooling so owned by Boeing in a manner consistent with Boeing's ownership thereof.

  • This requirement shall apply to Boeing-Use Tooling until delivery thereof to Boeing and to Contractor-Use Tooling and Common-Use Tooling at all times prior to the removal thereof by Boeing or delivery to Boeing or Boeing's designee pursuant to GTA Section 12.0, GTA Section 13.0 or SBP Section 33.0. More Definitions of Existing Tooling

Existing Tooling means the punch and die tooling which are required for the anticipated supply of the Products and which, as at the date of this Agreement, is owned by the Supplier, as indicated in Schedule Seven.

Related to Existing Tooling

  • Logging tool means a device used subsurface to perform well-logging.

  • Customer Equipment means hardware, software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by you and used in conjunction with the Equipment that we supply to you in order to receive the Services;

  • The Equipment/Product means all the hardware, it’s all components, associated software/firmware/operating software which the Vendor is required to supply to the Bank under the Contract.

  • Service Equipment means any equipment, Software, systems, cabling and facilities provided by or on behalf of Verizon and used to facilitate provision of the Services at a Customer Site. Ownership of the Service Equipment does not pass to Customer. Service Equipment does not include Verizon Facilities.

  • Supplier Equipment means the Supplier's hardware, computer and telecoms devices, equipment, plant, materials and such other items supplied and used by the Supplier (but not hired, leased or loaned from the Customer) in the performance of its obligations under this Call Off Contract;

  • The End-User means the authorized user of the equipment/the Medical Superintendent/Head of the Department of the concerned specialty.

  • Tooling means tools funded or provided by the Buyer.

  • Customer User means an employee of Customer, a Customer Affiliate or Business Partner.

  • Supplier Software means software which is proprietary to the Supplier or its Affiliates which is used or supplied by the Supplier in the provision of the Services; Supplier Staff means all persons employed or engaged by the Supplier together with the Supplier's servants, agents, suppliers, consultants and Sub-Contractors (and all persons employed by any Sub-Contractor together with the Sub-Contractor’s servants, consultants, agents, suppliers and Sub-Contractors) used in the performance of its obligations under this Contract; Time and Materials means the pricing mechanism for the Services as may be agreed by the Parties and set out at paragraph Error: Reference source not found in the SOW; TUPE means the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (SI 2006/246) as amended or replaced or any other regulations or UK legislation implementing the Acquired Rights Directive; Velocity means the Metric which measures the total number of Story Points for Stories that have been accepted in a Sprint, indicating the rate of progress towards Acceptance of all Stories from the Product Backlog;

  • Service Specific Terms has the meaning given in the G Suite Agreement or Complementary Product Agreement, as applicable, or, if Customer’s G Suite Agreement does not define “Service Specific Terms”, means the then-current terms specific to one or more Core Services for G Suite set out at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxx.xxx/terms/service-terms/.

  • Ancillary equipment means any device including, but not limited to, such devices as piping, fittings, flanges, valves, and pumps, that is used to distribute, meter, or control the flow of hazardous waste from its point of generation to a storage or treatment tank(s), between hazardous waste storage and treatment tanks to a point of disposal onsite, or to a point of shipment for disposal off-site.

  • Replacement Equipment means operational equipment or other parts used by Tenant to replace any of the Equipment.

  • Accessory equipment means any equipment associated with the installation of a wireless telecommunications facility, including but not limited to cabling, generators, fans, air conditioning units, electrical panels, equipment shelters, equipment cabinets, equipment buildings, pedestals, meters, vaults, splice boxes, and surface location markers.

  • Customer Content means all files, content (including audio, video, text, or images), and data (including Personal Data) belonging to or controlled by the Customer, which is uploaded into the Products and Services or otherwise provided to Showpad for processing pursuant to the Agreement.

  • Associated equipment means equipment that is used in conjunction with a radiographic exposure device to make radiographic exposures that drives, guides, or comes in contact with the source, e.g., guide tube, control tube, control (drive) cable, removable source stop, “J” tube and collimator when it is used as an exposure head.

  • Custom Local Area Signaling Service Features (CLASS) means certain call-management service features that are currently available from SBC-13STATE’s local networks. These could include: Automatic Call Back; Automatic Recall; Call Trace; Caller Identification and related blocking features; Calling Number Delivery; Customer Originated Trace; Distinctive Ringing/Call Waiting; Selective Call Forward; and Selective Call Rejection.

  • Spares means a part or a sub-assembly or assembly for substitution which is ready to replace an identical or similar part or sub-assembly or assembly including a component or an accessory;

  • Compression ignition engine means an internal combustion engine with operating characteristics significantly similar to the theoretical diesel combustion cycle. The regulation of power by controlling fuel supply in lieu of a throttle is indicative of a compression ignition engine.

  • Service Software means any and all software applications and any third-party or other software, and all new versions, updates, revisions, improvements and modifications of the foregoing, that Contractor provides remote access to and use of as part of the Services.

  • Customer Software means software which is owned by or licensed to the Customer;

  • Airport Ground Support Equipment means vehicles and equipment used at an airport to service aircraft between flights.

  • Computer Hardware and Software means, with respect to any Debtor, all of such Debtor's rights (including rights as licensee and lessee) with respect to (i) computer and other electronic data processing hardware, including all integrated computer systems, central processing units, memory units, display terminals, printers, computer elements, card readers, tape drives, hard and soft disk drives, cables, electrical supply hardware, generators, power equalizers, accessories, peripheral devices and other related computer hardware; (ii) all software programs designed for use on the computers and electronic data processing hardware described in clause (i) above, including all operating system software, utilities and application programs in whatsoever form (source code and object code in magnetic tape, disk or hard copy format or any other listings whatsoever); (iii) any firmware associated with any of the foregoing; and (iv) any documentation for hardware, software and firmware described in clauses (i), (ii) and (iii) above, including flow charts, logic diagrams, manuals, specifications, training materials, charts and pseudo codes.

  • The Equipment means any equipment, computer hardware or software, materials, goods and vehicles and associated services necessarily required for the implementation of the Services, which the Supplier cannot reasonably be expected to provide, which are financed or provided by DFID for use by the Supplier.

  • Standard equipment means the basic configuration of a vehicle which is equipped with all the features that are required under the regulatory acts of the Contracting Party including all features that are fitted without giving rise to any further specifications on configuration or equipment level.

  • Accessory use means a use which is incidental and subordinate to the principal use of the parcel of land on which it is located.

  • Service line sample means a one (1) liter sample of water collected in accordance with section 37(b)(3) of this rule that has been standing at least six (6) hours in a service line.
