Existing Warrants definition

Existing Warrants means the presently outstanding Common Stock Purchase Warrants (1971 Warrants and Series B Warrants) previously issued by the Borrower.
Existing Warrants means any warrants to purchase Common Stock outstanding on the date of this Agreement.
Existing Warrants means any warrants to purchase Ordinary Shares outstanding on the date of this Agreement.

Existing Warrants means, collectively, the following existing warrants held by the Holder:
Existing Warrants means, collectively, all warrants to purchase shares of Common Stock of the Company outstanding as of the date hereof and any warrant or warrants issued as a consequence of the exercise or transfer of such warrants in whole or part, including, without limitation, any of the Company's Class A Redeemable Warrants, Class B Redeemable Warrants, any of the warrants issued pursuant to the private placement of securities of the Company on April 26, 1996 and May 28, 1996.
