Existing work practices, policies, procedures, rules and employee benefits not specifically modified or discontinued by the express provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect unless and until modified or discontinued by the University.
Existing work rules and conditions which are not modified by this Agreement shall continue in effect.
Existing work restrictions may be cause for ineligibility for training, however, employees will be given an opportunity to change their restricted status at the time of posting.
