Exit FILO Facility Documents definition
Exit FILO Facility Documents means, collectively, the Exit FILO Facility Agreement, and any and all other agreements, documents, and instruments delivered or to be entered into in connection therewith, including any guarantee agreements, pledge and collateral agreements, intercreditor agreements, and other security documents.
Exit FILO Facility Documents means the Exit FILO Facility Credit Agreement and any and all other agreements, documents, notes, pledges, collateral agreements, loan and security agreements, mortgages, control agreements, deeds of trust, intercreditor agreements, and instruments (including any amendments, restatements, supplements, or modifications of any of the foregoing) delivered or executed in connection with the Exit FILO Facility, in each case which shall be in all respects in form and substance acceptable to the Debtors and the Required Consenting BrandCo Lenders.
