Exit Term Facility Agent means Cortland Capital Market Services LLC.
Exit Term Facility Agent means the financing institution identified in the Plan Supplement in its capacity as administrative agent and collateral agent under the Exit Term Credit Agreement, if any, and any successors and permitted assigns, in such capacity.
