EXOTIC DANCER means a person who, during a performance, removes a substantial portion, but not necessarily all, of the clothing from his or her body, or who comes to the performance area or stage substantially nude and dresses or leaves the stage during a performance to remove a substantial portion of his/her clothing and returns thereafter to continue the performance.
