Expansion Capital definition

Expansion Capital means financing provided for the growth and expansion of an undertaking, which may or may not break even or trade profitably, for the purposes of increasing production capacity, market or product development or the provision of additional working capital;
Expansion Capital means Capital Expenditure in relation to a Project that provides Additional Capacity;
Expansion Capital. Any expenditure with respect to the Unit which Sterling makes that is directly intended to expand the production capacity of the Unit by at least five percent (5%), as agreed pursuant to Section 7.13.

  • Any depreciation, amortization, depletion or any other form of cost recovery attributable to the TexNew Mex Contributed Assets or any Expansion Capital Expenditures or Investment Capital Expenditures not allocated pursuant to this Section 6.1(d)(xii)(B) shall be allocated to the Partners other than the holders of the TexNew Mex Units in accordance with Sections 6.1(a) through 6.1(c).

  • Make Capital Expenditures (other than Expansion Capital Expenditures) in excess of $3,300,000 in the aggregate during any Fiscal Year.

  • The Monthly Expansion Capital Amount, if applicable, shall be billed and paid monthly following the commencement of operations of the Capital Improvement and the Refining Entity’s obligation to pay the Monthly Expansion Capital Amount shall survive the termination of this Agreement (other than a termination in connection with a breach of this Agreement by the Logistics Entity or a Force Majeure event affecting the ability of the Logistics Entity to provide services under this Agreement).

  • Within 30 days of the Capital Expenditure Notice, DKTS will notify Logistics whether or not DKTS agrees to such Estimated Expansion Capital Expenditure.

  • Within 30 days of such notice, the Refining Entity will notify the Logistics Entity whether or not the Refining Entity agrees to such Estimated Expansion Capital Expenditure.

  • If Enbridge Partners does not elect to fund 100% of the Alberta Clipper Expansion Capital Requirement, EECI shall have the right, but not the obligation, to fund the portion of the Alberta Clipper Expansion Capital Requirement that Enbridge Partners has elected not to fund.

  • If EECI elects to fund such portion, it shall provide written notice to Enbridge Partners promptly following receipt of Enbridge Partners’ notice of election to fund a portion of the Alberta Clipper Expansion Capital Requirement.

  • The Monthly Expansion Capital Amount, if applicable, shall be billed and paid monthly following the commencement of operations of the Capital Improvement and DKTS’ obligation to pay the Monthly Expansion Capital Amount shall survive the termination of this Agreement (other than a termination in connection with a breach of this Agreement by Logistics or a Force Majeure event affecting the ability of Logistics to provide services under this Agreement).


More Definitions of Expansion Capital

Expansion Capital means the Capital Costs incurred by WECU in respect of an Expansion conducted pursuant to clause 6.2(b);
