Expansion Shipper definition
Expansion Shipper means a Shipper that has committed to transporting, or paying for the transportation of, certain specified volumes of Crude Petroleum pursuant to the terms of a 2019 TSA.
Expansion Shipper has the meaning provided in Article 8.7(a).
