Expected Production definition

Expected Production means, for any period of determination, expected production of proved, developed producing reserves of Petroleum Substances of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries, net of royalties, as described in the Borrower’s most recent Engineering Report (as such Expected Production is updated from time to time by a board of director approved forecast, such forecast to be acceptable to the Majority of the Lenders, acting reasonably), as adjusted for acquisitions and Dispositions for such year.
Expected Production means, for each twenty-four month period occurring after the second anniversary of the Effective Date, KWHs projected to be produced by the System for that future period based on the Estimated Contract Year 1 Production and Estimated Annual Degradation factor set forth in Schedule 2 hereof.
Expected Production means, for each Guarantee Period, the kWh projected to be produced by the System for that future period based on the Estimated Production set forth in Schedule 6 hereof.

Examples of Expected Production in a sentence

  • To the extent that the Solar Array Design and / or the SEF Expected Production are adjusted after the Effective Date of this Agreement, such adjustments shall be approved by the Client and if they are different to the details specified in Schedule #2, the Contract Sum will be adjusted to ensure the Client’s expected economic benefit as at the Effective Date of this Agreement remains unaffected by the changes to the Solar Array Design and / or the SEF Expected Production.

  • Should the final electrical design affect projected Solar PV System production, the production report will be updated to reflect those changes on Solar PV System Expected Production; if such Solar PV System Expected Production is negatively impacted, the Contract Sum will be adjusted to ensure that Client’s expected economic benefit (the “Expected Economic Benefit”) as of the Effective Date of this Agreement remains unaffected by those Solar PV System Expected Production changes.

  • Restricted Products means any product, device, equipment or machinery researched into, developed, manufactured, supplied, marketed, distributed or sold by the Company and with which the duties of the Executive were materially concerned or for which he was responsible during the Relevant Period, or any products, equipment or machinery of the same type or materially similar to those products, equipment or machinery;

  • Refined Products means gasoline, diesel fuel, jet fuel, asphalt and asphalt products, and other refined products of crude oil.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.
