Expedia Entities definition

Expedia Entities means the members of the Expedia Group, as defined in the Separation Agreement, and their respective Subsidiaries and Affiliates, excluding any business or operations (whether current or historical, regardless of whether discontinued or sold) that are included in the Separated Businesses.
