Expedia Group definition

Expedia Group means the Separated Entities, the domestic and international businesses, Subsidiaries and investments owned, operated and/or managed thereby and the assets and liabilities contained therein.
Expedia Group means Expedia, its Subsidiaries (other than any member of the TripAdvisor Group) and their respective domestic and international businesses, assets and liabilities.
Expedia Group shall have the meaning set forth in the preamble to this Agreement.
