  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Decolar shall not be restricted from advertising any Travel Products on metasearch sites, provided that the rate at which such Expedia Travel Product is displayed on such metasearch site or other price comparison mechanism shall not be less than the Room Rate and the other terms applicable to Expedia Travel Products pursuant to Section 2.1.4 will apply to any such display.
