Expedite Fees definition

Expedite Fees means fees related to Equipment delivery, moves, additions, and changes arising out of or related to Company’s request that such moves, additions, or changes be executed in a shorter time- frame.
Expedite Fees means any additional fees applicable if Customer requests an expedite on a pending Service Order.

Examples of Expedite Fees in a sentence

  • Orders placed with Customer Delivery Dates less than 30 days from the date of the order are subject to Expedite Fees.

  • A list of Expedite Fees and other charges for Changes to Services ordered are available at: ▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇▇/▇▇▇▇▇ .

  • If you provide us with less than 8 days’ notice of a planned club exit, the following Expedite Fees will apply: for 6-7 days’ notice: $300; for 4-5 days’ notice: $500; for 3 days’ notice: $1,000; and for 2 days’ notice: $1,500.

  • Failure to provide proper notification will result in Expedite Fees in addition to professional services pricing.

  • Customer shall pay to Agile additional fees and costs associated with expediting the installation of a Service ("Expedite Fees").

  • Any changes requested by Buyer to any Purchase Order will be subject to Expedite Fees: From time to time, a fee may be assessed for accelerated or expedited delivery.

Related to Expedite Fees

  • Service Fees means all fees payable by Party B to Party A pursuant to Article 3 of this Agreement in respect of the Services provided by Party A.

  • Professional Services Fees means the fees for Professional Services described as such in the applicable Product Order.

  • Services Fees means the agreed upon fees in an Order for the Services Offerings.

  • Expense Fees As to each Mortgage Loan, the sum of the Servicing Fee and the Trustee Fee.

  • Fees means all amounts payable pursuant to or referred to in Section 3.01.
