Expedited Sourcing definition
Expedited Sourcing means sourcing and shipment of Products within a time frame that is sooner than the earliest date of availability from the manufacturer. If NTT can fulfill an Expedited Sourcing request NTT will assess an Expedited Sourcing fee equal to two percent (2%) of the unit list price for the applicable Products unless otherwise specified in a Quote. Products shipped under Expedited Sourcing may have distributor part numbers that do not match the manufacturer part numbers and will be at the standard operating system revision level supplied by the distributor.
