Expediting Costs. ▇▇▇▇ will pay the reasonable and necessary costs incurred to pay for the temporary repair of covered damage to covered property and to expedite the permanent repair or replacement of such damaged property caused by a “Breakdown”. This coverage extension does not cover costs:
1) Recoverable elsewhere in this Agreement; or
2) Of permanent repair or replacement of damaged property.
Expediting Costs. Any incremental costs for the manufacture and supply of Product resulting from a requirement to expedite such manufacture and supply shall be borne exclusively by the Party responsible for such requirement.
Expediting Costs. This Agreement covers the reasonable and necessary costs incurred to pay for the temporary repair of covered damage to covered property and to expedite the permanent repair or replacement of such damaged property. This Additional Coverage does not cover costs:

Expediting Costs. SSM requires a fully executed Terms and Conditions or change order, Purchase Order and prepayment a minimum of sixty days prior to scheduled initiation of the relevant manufacturing or engineering Services. If the relevant signed documents or prepayment are received less than 90 days prior to the scheduled initiation date, and provided SSM nevertheless agrees to such date, ▇▇▇▇▇ will pay a 50% expediting fee. Any expedited Services requiring work to be performed outside of regular business hours (e.g. overtime) will be charged an additional 30%. Buyer’s failure to provide payments, information, materials, supplies, or equipment according to the timeframes stated in these Terms or the Terms and Conditions shall result in expediting, rescheduling, or cancellation fees.
Expediting Costs. This Policy covers the reasonable and necessary costs incurred to pay for the temporary repair of insured damage to insured property and to expedite the permanent repair or replacement of such damaged property. This Additional Coverage does not cover costs:
Expediting Costs. The insurance provided by this section shall include the payment of:
a) the additional costs of overtime weekend and shift working bonus payments; and
b) plant hire charges, express delivery (including airfreight) necessarily and reasonably incurred in expediting repair, replacement or rectification of the DAMAGE but excluding costs incurred solely to expedite the completion of:
a) any construction, erection or installation of
b) the contract works at a faster rate than would have been attained if no DAMAGE had occurred. The liability of the underwriter shall not exceed GBP10000 for any one occurrence.
