Expenditure Use Amounts at any date, the amount equal to the sum ----------------------- of
Expenditure Use Amounts at any date, the amount equal to the sum of (a) all amounts utilized by Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date to finance Capital Expenditures, other than Capital Expenditures which are (i) not in excess of the permitted Capital Expenditures for the relevant fiscal year as set forth in Section 7.7(a) and any CapEx Carryforward Amounts from the prior fiscal year, (ii) financed with Reinvestment Deferred Amounts, or (iii) attributable to all or a portion of the cost of Acquisitions or Subsidiary Acquisitions permitted under Section 7.8, (b) all amounts utilized by Holdings, the Borrower and its Subsidiaries as of such date to finance Acquisitions permitted pursuant to Section 7.8(i), except to the extent that the consideration (determined in accordance with Section 7.8(i)) for all such Acquisitions made since the Effective Date does not exceed $50,000,000 in the aggregate and (c) all amounts utilized by the Borrower and the Subsidiary Guarantors as of such date to finance Investments (other than Acquisitions) pursuant to Section 7.8(i), except to the extent that the consideration (determined in accordance with Section 7.8(i)) for all such Investments (other than Acquisitions) made since the Effective Date does not exceed $5,000,000 in the aggregate.
Expenditure Use Amounts means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to the sum of (a) the principal amount of Indebtedness incurred by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Section 9.04(vi)(z)(B), (xii)(3)(B) and (xvii)(y), (b) the amount of all Dividends paid by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries pursuant to Section 9.03(vi), (c) all amounts utilized by the Borrower or any of its Subsidiaries to finance Capital Expenditures pursuant to Section 9.07(f), (d) all amounts utilized by the Borrower and its Subsidiaries to finance Permitted Acquisitions pursuant to Section 8.12(a)(iv)(y) and (e) the Net Sale Proceeds of all Asset Sales made pursuant to Section 9.02(vii)(y)(B).

Expenditure Use Amounts means, as of any date of determination, the amount equal to the sum of (a) the Net Asset Sale Proceeds of all Asset Sales made pursuant to Section 8.02(vii)(d)(B), (b) the amount of all Dividends paid by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 8.03(ii)(a) or 8.03(ix)(b), (c) the principal amount of Indebtedness incurred by the Borrower and the Subsidiaries pursuant to Sections 8.04(vi)(c)(2), 8.04(xii)(y)(3)(B) or 8.04(xiv)(b), (d) the Investments made pursuant to Section 8.05(xviii)(2) and (e) all amounts utilized by the Borrower or any of the Subsidiaries to finance Capital Expenditures pursuant to Section 8.07(b)(v); provided, however, that any Expenditure Use Amounts previously made, paid, incurred or utilized pursuant to any subsection referenced above shall not be considered to be an Expenditure Use Amount solely with respect to any new determination under such subsection .
