Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Bank will reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank.

To the extent Executive incurs necessary and reasonable travel or other business expenses in the course of Executive’s employment, Executive shall be reimbursed for such expenses, upon presentation of written documentation in accordance with Employer’s policies in effect from time to time.

Such reimbursements shall be paid promptly by the Company and in any event not later than March 15 of the year immediately following the end of the calendar year in which the Executive incurred such expense.

In addition, the Executive shall be reimbursed for business-related expenses associated with his membership in the Poinsett Club and such other clubs as may agreed upon by the Executive and the Board of the Bank.
Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Executive shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses that he shall incur in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank. In addition, Executive shall receive an allowance of $2,400 per year for dues in professional, social and civic organizations, and the sum of $1,200 per year for miscellaneous expenses.
Expense Payments and Reimbursements. The Officer shall be reimbursed for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with the Officer’s services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank. The Officer shall also be entitled to an annual automobile allowance in the amount of $9,000, payable in monthly increments during the term of this Agreement.

The Bank will reimburse Executive for all reasonable out-of-pocket business expenses incurred in connection with his services under this Agreement upon substantiation of such expenses in accordance with applicable policies of the Bank. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, such reimbursements shall be made no later than the end of the calendar year immediately following the calendar year in which the expense was incurred.
