Expense Records definition

Expense Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7.9(a)(iv). *** Certain information on this page has been omitted and filed separately with the Commission. Confidential treatment has been requested with respect to the omitted portions.
Expense Records has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3(a)(iv).
Expense Records shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in Section 2.3.1 hereof.

  • Triple Net Expense Records: Landlord will maintain appropriate and complete accounts, records, documents and other evidence showing and supporting all calculation of Triple Net Expenses.

  • Except as expressly set forth in Section 1.5.3 below, in no event shall Tenant be entitled to withhold, deduct, or offset any monetary obligation of Tenant to Landlord under this Lease (including without limitation, Tenant’s obligation to make all payments of Base Rent and all payments of Additional Rent pending the completion of, and regardless of the results of, any review of Expense Records under this Section 1.5).

  • Within twelve (12) months after Tenant’s receipt of a Landlord’s Statement and upon reasonable prior notice to Landlord, the Expense Records shall, during Landlord’s regular business hours at the office of Landlord or its managing agent within the CT-NY-NJ tristate area, be made reasonably available to Tenant (and its consultants) for purposes of auditing, reviewing and, to the extent reasonably necessary, photocopying the Expense Records applicable to such Landlord’s Statement.

  • SBC shall make available to the City for review, at SBC’s San Diego offices during normal business hours, the applicable Expense Records.

  • Client Records has the meaning set forth in Section 3.14.

  • Account Records is defined in Section 1(a)(i) of the Administration Agreement.

  • Collection Records means all manually prepared or computer generated records relating to collection efforts or payment histories with respect to the Receivables.

  • Business Records means all files, documents, instruments, papers, books, reports, records, tapes, microfilms, photographs, letters, ledgers, journals, financial statements, technical documentation (design specifications, functional requirements, operating instructions, logic manuals, flow charts, etc.), user documentation (installation guides, user manuals, training materials, release notes, working papers, etc.), Tax Returns, other Tax work papers and files and other documents in whatever form, physical, electronic or otherwise.

  • Records means any written or recorded information, regardless of physical form or characteristics, which is produced or acquired by the Party in the performance of this agreement. Records produced or acquired in a machine readable electronic format shall be maintained in that format. The records described shall be made available at reasonable times during the period of the Agreement and for three years thereafter or for any period required by law for inspection by any authorized representatives of the State or Federal Government. If any litigation, claim, or audit is started before the expiration of the three-year period, the records shall be retained until all litigation, claims or audit findings involving the records have been resolved.
