Expenses reimbursement. With justification
Expenses reimbursement means the amount of Loss of Eviction Expenses incurred by an Obligee to evict a Tenant in accordance with the Lease Co- Guarantee Agreement. The maximum amount of Loss of Eviction Expenses payable by Us is (USD 1,500.00) and shall only be paid to You if the Tenant has vacated the Property within one hundred twenty (120) days of Your service of the Notice of Eviction.
