Experience materials definition
Experience materials means all documents, materials, data and other information, including, without limitation, all working papers, and copies thereof, created or produced in connection with experience data including, without limitation, any potentially company-identifying or personally identifiable information, that is provided to or obtained by the Commissioner, a designated experience reporting agent or other such person authorized to act on behalf of the Commissioner pursuant to NRS 681B.500 and 681B.510.
