Experienced clerk definition
Experienced clerk means a clerk entitled to the experienced rate of pay for his classification according to Article 6, Section D of this Agreement; provided that, it is further understood that within classifications, if all experienced clerks as so defined, are working at least forty (40) hours per week, then the forty (40) hour work schedule shall be offered on the basis of seniority to an apprentice on the seniority list who is qualified to do the work and who is working less than forty (40) hours per week.
