Experienced clerk definition

Experienced clerk means a clerk entitled to the experienced rate of pay for his classification according to Article 6, Section D of this Agreement; provided that, it is further understood that within classifications, if all experienced clerks as so defined, on the "available" seniority list, are working at least forty (40) hours per week, then the forty (40) hour work schedule shall be offered on the basis of seniority to an apprentice on the "available" seniority list who is qualified to do the work and who is working less than forty (40) hours per week.

The district may consider a teacher’s willingness to undergo additional training or pursue additional education in deciding upon questions of competence.

  • Qualifying Examination means examinations on the basis of which a candidate becomes eligible for admission or its equivalent examination;

  • Certified nurse practitioner means an individual who is licensed as a registered professional nurse under part 172 who has been granted a specialty certification as a nurse practitioner by the Michigan board of nursing under section 17210.
