Experimental Code definition

Experimental Code means any Software other than Commercially Released Software, including any Software made available to you on an early access basis as described in Section 15.2.

Related to Experimental Code

  • Commercial Code means the French Commercial Code.

  • Delaware UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in the State of Delaware from time to time.

  • Uniform Commercial Code means the New York Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time.

  • Uniform means outer garments, including appropriate work footwear, which are required to be worn exclusively while carrying out the duties and responsibilities of the position and which are different from the design or fashion of the general population. This definition includes items that serve to identify the person, agency, functions performed, position, or time in service. Unit 13 employees shall be responsible for the purchase of required uniforms as a condition of employment. Unit 13 employees shall wear their required uniforms only in an official capacity.

  • Municipal Code means the Municipal Code of Chicago.

  • UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect in any applicable jurisdiction.

  • the 2000 Act means the Local Government Act 2000.

  • Criminal Code means the Criminal Code (Canada);

  • MCIP Act means Title 4, Chapter 1, of the Code, and all future acts successor or supplemental thereto or amendatory thereof.

  • Experimental means a service, procedure, item or treatment that is “not proven and effective” for the conditions for which it is intended to be used.

  • Trade Secrets Collateral means all common law and statutory trade secrets and all other confidential or proprietary or useful information and all know-how obtained by or used in or contemplated at any time for use in the business of the Grantor (all of the foregoing being collectively called a "Trade Secret"), whether or not such Trade Secret has been reduced to a writing or other tangible form, including all documents and things embodying, incorporating or referring in any way to such Trade Secret, all Trade Secret licenses, including each Trade Secret license referred to in Schedule V attached hereto, and including the right to xxx for and to enjoin and to collect damages for the actual or threatened misappropriation of any Trade Secret and for the breach or enforcement of any such Trade Secret license.

  • Grid Code / “IEGC” or “State Grid Code” shall mean the Grid Code specified by the Central Commission under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 79 of the Electricity Act and/or the State Grid Code as specified by the concerned State Commission referred under clause (h) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, as applicable;

  • EP Act means the Environmental Protection Xxx 0000;

  • Assisted cleaning or washing of tangible personal property means cleaning or washing of tangible personal property if the cleaning or washing labor is primarily performed by an individual:

  • Processes means, with respect to a loan, any of a series of acts or functions,

  • Relevant UCC means the Uniform Commercial Code as in effect from time to time in any relevant jurisdiction.

  • Uniform Commercial Code jurisdiction means any jurisdiction that had adopted all or substantially all of Article 9 as contained in the 2000 Official Text of the Uniform Commercial Code, as recommended by the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws and the American Law Institute, together with any subsequent amendments or modifications to the Official Text.

  • Apparatus means electrical apparatus and includes all machines, fittings, accessories and appliances in which conductors are used;

  • Model Code shall refer to the OEM code used to identify a particular subset of a Vehicle Model.

  • Control apparatus means any device which prevents or controls the emission of any air contaminant directly or indirectly into the outdoor atmosphere.

  • General Intangibles is all “general intangibles” as defined in the Code in effect on the date hereof with such additions to such term as may hereafter be made, and includes without limitation, all Intellectual Property, claims, income and other tax refunds, security and other deposits, payment intangibles, contract rights, options to purchase or sell real or personal property, rights in all litigation presently or hereafter pending (whether in contract, tort or otherwise), insurance policies (including without limitation key man, property damage, and business interruption insurance), payments of insurance and rights to payment of any kind.

  • Designs means your plans, layouts, specifications, drawings and designs for the proposed furnishings, fixtures, equipment, signs and décor of the Hotel that use and incorporate the Standards.

  • Trade Secrets means trade secrets, know-how and other confidential or proprietary technical, business and other information, including manufacturing and production processes and techniques, research and development information, technology, drawings, specifications, designs, plans, proposals, technical data, financial, marketing and business data, pricing and cost information, business and marketing plans, customer and supplier lists and information, and all rights in any jurisdiction to limit the use or disclosure thereof.

  • Promotion of Access to Information Act ’ means the Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (Act No. 2 of 2000);

  • Protected Health Information or PHI means any information, whether oral or recorded in any form or medium: (i) that relates to the past, present or future physical or mental condition of an individual; the provision of health care to an individual; and (ii) that identifies the individual or with respect to which there is a reasonable basis to believe the information can be used to identify the individual, and shall have the meaning given to such term under the Privacy Rule, including, but not limited to, 45 C.F.R. Section 164.501. Protected Health Information includes Electronic Protected Health Information [45 C.F.R. Sections 160.103, 164.501].
