Expiration of the Term definition

Expiration of the Term means the expiration of the Initial Term of this Lease, or the expiration of any Extension Terms thereof, as the case may be, or on such earlier date as this Lease may be terminated as provided herein.
Expiration of the Term means the expiration of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term pursuant to a notice of non-renewal by either party as provided in Section 1. For the avoidance of doubt, an Expiration of the Term shall not constitute a termination of employment by the Company other than death, Disability or Cause, or a termination of employment by Executive for Good Reason.
