Expired Lease definition

Expired Lease means any Lease that has terminated on its scheduled expiration date.
Expired Lease shall have the meaning assigned to it in Section 4.03 of the Security Agreement.
Expired Lease means a Lease relating to a Vehicle that has reached its Maturity Date or as to which the Annual Termination Option was exercised and no Termination Value Payment was made.

More Definitions of Expired Lease

Expired Lease means any lease of the land, containing a right of renewal, which has expired and has not been renewed at the commencement of this Act, and
