Export Data means the data collected by your Smart Meter for self-generated electricity which is exported back to
Export Data means any data including Cred iQ Data that is made available to Customer or any of its Authorized Users for download through the CRED iQ Platform for use pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.
Export Data means any data that is made available to User and/or any of its Authorized Users for download by or on behalf of Zoneomics with Zoneomics’s explicit written permission for use outside of the applicable Zoneomics Service.

  • export date means the earlier of the following dates namely —

By downloading any Software, you represent and warrant that you are not located in, or under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list.

  • Derived Data means data of any kind derived as a result (directly or indirectly) of the Data being Manipulated;

  • End User Data means any information or data of any kind that personally identifies (or that can be used, together with other information or data, to personally identify) an End User.

  • Licensee Data means, other than Resultant Data, information, data and other content, in any form or medium, that is collected, downloaded or otherwise received, directly or indirectly from Licensee or an Authorized User by or through the Services.

  • User Data means any Personal Data or other data or information collected by or on behalf of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries from users of any Company Product or website of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries.

  • Vendor Data means any and all information, data and documentation to be provided by Subcontractor and any of its lower-tier Subcontractors under this Subcontract.

  • Export Compliance You acknowledge that Licensor’s products and/or technology are subject to the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (the “EAR”) and You agree to comply with the EAR. You will not export or re-export Licensor’s products, directly or indirectly, to: (1) any countries that are subject to US export restrictions; (2) any end user who You know or have reason to know will utilize Licensor’s products in the design, development or production of nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, or rocket systems, space launch vehicles, and sounding rockets, or unmanned air vehicle systems; or (3) any end user who has been prohibited from participating in the US export transactions by any federal agency of the US government. By downloading or using the Software, You are agreeing to the foregoing and You are representing and warranting that You are not located in, under the control of, or a national or resident of any such country or on any such list. In addition, You are responsible for complying with any local laws in Your jurisdiction which may impact Your right to import, export or use Licensor’s products. Please consult the Bureau of Industry and Security web page xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx before exporting items subject to the EAR. Upon request, Licensor's International Trade Services Department can provide information regarding applicable export restrictions for Licensor products. Licensor assumes no responsibility for Your failure to obtain any necessary export approvals.

  • Export Laws means all applicable import, export control and sanctions laws, including without limitation, the laws of the United States, the EU, and Germany.

  • Third Party Data has the meaning set forth in Section 9.3(a).

  • Information Technology (IT) System means the combination of hardware components, software, and other equipment to make a system whose core purpose is to accomplish a data processing need such as the automatic acquisition, storage, analysis, evaluation, manipulation, management, movement, control, display, switching, interchange, transmission or reception of data. IT systems include ground systems in support of flight hardware. IT systems do not include—

  • Subject Data As used in this section, “subject data” means recorded information, whether or not copyrighted, that is delivered or specified to be delivered as required by the Underlying Agreement. Examples of subject data include, but are not limited to computer software, standards, specifications, engineering drawings and associated lists, process sheets, manuals, technical reports, catalog item identifications, and related information, but do not include financial reports, cost analyses, or other similar information used for performance or administration of the Underlying Agreement.

  • Customer Data means any content, materials, data and information that Authorized Users enter into the production system of a Cloud Service or that Customer derives from its use of and stores in the Cloud Service (e.g. Customer-specific reports). Customer Data and its derivatives will not include SAP’s Confidential Information.

  • Market Data means pricing or other data related to Securities and other assets. Market Data includes but is not limited to security identifiers, valuations, bond ratings, classification data and other data received from investment managers and others.

  • Client Data means all data or records of whatever nature in whatever form relating to the Client, its operations, facilities, assets, employees, students or otherwise relating to its business, whether subsisting at the date of this Agreement, or created or processed in connection with the Services or as provided by the Client to the Supplier in connection with the Services. Client Data shall include all Client Personal Data

  • Study Data shall have the meaning set forth in Section 8.1.

  • Patient Data means any electronic data, information or material about a Patient entered into the Software.
