Export Nomination definition

Export Nomination means a nomination of a vessel to Outturn Grain to the Nominated Tonnage onto a Nominated Vessel within a Shipping Window held by the Customer under this Agreement on the relevant Export Nomination Form or online via LoadNet® for MarketersTM.
Export Nomination means in relation to an Interconnector Capacity Holder

Examples of Export Nomination in a sentence

  • Upon acceptance of an Export Nomination or any amendment to an Export Nomination, CBH shall Outturn the Grain in accordance with the Export Nomination Form and all other provisions of this Agreement.

  • CBH will provide the Port Outturning Services for a Customer who elects to utilise Post-Harvest Direct to Vessel by submitting an Export Nomination in accordance with this Agreement.

  • The Additional Accumulation and Storage Fee will apply to the total quantity of Grain nominated to be delivered to High Volume Direct to Vessel in the relevant Export Nomination that is stored beyond the Direct to Vessel Target Date on a per day rate.

  • In this case, any Intraday Import and/or Export Nomination by [ARP] relating to the Gate(s) concerned will not be taken into account by Xxxx.

  • To the extent that a VIPP Capacity Holder intends to export any energy sold to it under a VIPP Capacity and Energy Agreement, then in addition to the VIPP Demand Nomination, a Nominated Trade Notification (in the case only of an export over the N/S Interconnector) and an Export Nomination must be submitted for that export (expressed at the Interconnector Connection Point) under paragraph 6.6 by an Interconnector Capacity Holder.

  • In each Settlement Period, the sum of Export Allocations and VIPP Export Allocations must equal the Export Nomination.

  • In signing an Import Nomination or Export Nomination (or otherwise effecting verification), the Interconnector User is (in addition to and without prejudice to any other obligations it may have under the Interim Settlement Arrangements or any other agreements with NIE) acknowledging the accuracy of that Nomination (including allocations in it).

  • A separate Export Nomination must be given for each Interconnector User involved in the total transfer.
