Extended Credit Facility definition

Extended Credit Facility means that certain Credit Agreement, dated as of October 11, 2018, by and among ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Industries, Inc., a Delaware corporation, as the US borrower, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Drilling Canada Limited, an Alberta corporation, as the Canadian borrower, ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Industries LTD., a Bermuda excepted company, the other guarantors party thereto, the financial institutions party thereto as lenders, and Citibank, N.A., as administrative agent.

  • The Agreement is for the benefit of the Extended Credit Facility (ECF) Loan Account of the PRGT to finance disbursements under that facility.
