Extended Force Majeure Event definition

Extended Force Majeure Event has the meaning set forth in Section 14.4.1.

Examples of Extended Force Majeure Event in a sentence

  • Shipper and Monarch will work together in good faith to find alternative gathering and/or transportation services for Crude Oil produced from Shipper’s Dedication and affected by the Extended Force Majeure Event.

  • The term of any such alternative gathering and/or transportation service agreement must end no later than the first (1st) Day of the second (2nd) full or calendar Month following Monarch’s notification’s estimated end date for the Extended Force Majeure Event.

  • Monarch’s notification shall include a good faith estimate of the length of the Extended Force Majeure Event and when Monarch anticipates it again will be able to accept Crude Oil produced from Shipper’s Dedication.

  • Should BREP seek to terminate this Lease due to a Major Casualty Event or an Extended Force Majeure Event, BREP will provide Notice to Lessor at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed Termination Date.

  • In addition, to the extent Contractor incurs or will incur additional out-of-pocket costs and expenses as a result of an Extended Force Majeure Event, Owner shall issue a Scope Change Order increasing the Agreement Price to include such increased out-of-pocket costs and expenses (without any m▇▇▇-up by Contractor).

  • Should the State seek to terminate this Agreement due to a Major Casualty Event or an Extended Force Majeure Event, the State will provide Notice to BREP at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed Termination Date.

  • Event that substantially prevents the State or BREP from continuing its performance of substantially all of its obligations under this Agreement or the ▇▇▇▇ Center Plant Lease (Termination by BREP for Necessity), in such case to be exercised within ninety (90) days after the occurrence of such Extended Force Majeure Event.

  • Should Lessor seek to terminate this Lease due to a Major Casualty Event or an Extended Force Majeure Event, Lessor will provide Notice to BREP at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed Termination Date.

  • The term of any such alternative gathering and/or transportation service agreement must end no later than the first (1st) Day of the second (2nd) full Month following Gatherer’s notification’s estimated end date for the Extended Force Majeure Event.

  • Should BREP seek to terminate this Agreement due to a Major Casualty Event or an Extended Force Majeure Event, BREP will provide Notice to the State at least ninety (90) days prior to the proposed Termination Date.


More Definitions of Extended Force Majeure Event

Extended Force Majeure Event means an event of Force Majeure that lasts longer than thirty (30) consecutive days or for a period otherwise defined in an Ancillary Agreement.
Extended Force Majeure Event means any Force Majeure Event which continues, and causes any Party to be unable to substantially perform its obligations for [270] Days after Notification of a Force Majeure Event is given pursuant to Article 31(c).
Extended Force Majeure Event means any Force Majeure Event which continues, and causes any Party to be unable to perform its obligations for 270 Days after Notification of a Force Majeure Event is given pursuant to Article 46(d).
