Examples of Extended Interest Payment Date in a sentence
Interest on the Notes shall be payable on each Extended Interest Payment Date.
The Notes shall bear interest on their principal amount from (and including) the Maturity Date to (but excluding) the first Extended Interest Payment Date and thereafter from (and including) each Extended Interest Payment Date to (but excluding) the next following Extended Interest Payment Date.
In this Condition 3.3, the period from and including an Extended Interest Payment Date (or, in respect of the first such period, the Maturity Date) to but excluding the next following Extended Interest Payment Date is referred to as an Extended Interest Period.
Specified Period(s): The period from, and including, the Maturity Date to, but excluding, the first Extended Interest Payment Date and each successive period from, and including an Extended Interest Payment Date to, but excluding, the next succeeding Extended Interest Payment Date up to, and excluding, the Extended Due for Payment Date or, if earlier, the date on which the Covered Bonds are redeemed in full.
Each Extended Interest Amount and Extended Interest Payment Date so notified may subsequently be amended (or appropriate alternative arrangements made by way of adjustment) without notice in the event of an extension or shortening of the Extended Interest Period.
