Extended Maturity Period definition

Extended Maturity Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Extended Maturity Period means the period commencing on November 19, 2010 and ending on the Maturity Date.

Examples of Extended Maturity Period in a sentence

  • If payment of the Final Redemption Amount on the Maturity Date is deferred in whole or in part pursuant to Condition 10(b) (Extension of maturity), for the period from and including the Maturity Date to (and excluding) the Extended Maturity Date or, if earlier the date on which the Covered Bonds are redeemed in full (the "Extended Maturity Period"), a Floating Rate (as specified in paragraph 18 below).

  • The Company may at its option extend the Maturity Date for up to two periods of six months each (the "Extended Maturity Period") by delivering written notice of such extension to the Holder hereof at least 30 days prior to the Maturity Date or the Extended Maturity Date, whichever is applicable.

  • If the Maturity Date of this Note is extended as provided in Section 2 hereof, interest on the Principal Amount shall accrue from the first day of the Extended Maturity Period, as defined in Section 2 hereof, at the rate of 14% per annum and shall be paid on the last day of the Ex-tended Maturity Period (the "Extended Maturity Date").

  • If such Lender(s) so agree to extend, then the Borrower shall first pay all interest accrued up to the Initial Maturity Date, and thereafter the outstanding principal balance of the Note and all interest accruing thereon during the Extended Maturity Period will become due and payable on the last day of the Extended Maturity Period (the “Extended Maturity Date”; and together with the Initial Maturity Date, a “Maturity Date”).
