Extended Offer Period definition

Extended Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 3.8(b).
Extended Offer Period means the period of time commencing immediately after expiry of the Offer Period till 31st January, 2021, which can be further extended by the Committee, from time to time, at its sole discretion, within which Shares offered under the Scheme may be accepted by the Eligible Employees.
Extended Offer Period means the period from the date of the Original Offer Document to and including the Extended Closing Date;

Examples of Extended Offer Period in a sentence

  • If the Purchase Option does not become exercisable due to (a) the termination or withdrawal of the Offer prior to its initial expiration date (or the expiration of an Extended Offer Period) or (b) the failure of Purchaser to accept for payment all Shares tendered and not withdrawn in the Offer, it shall be deemed to have expired.

Related to Extended Offer Period

  • Initial Offer Period means the period determined by the Directors during which Shares of any class are offered by the ICAV for purchase or subscription at the Initial Price.

  • First Offer Period has the meaning set forth in Section 13.5.

  • Offer Period has the meaning given such term in Section 4.1.

  • Permitted Offer means a tender offer pursuant to the terms of which the offeror offers to acquire a debt obligation (including a Collateral Loan) in exchange for consideration consisting of (x) Cash in an amount equal to or greater than the full face amount of the debt obligation being exchanged plus any accrued and unpaid interest or (y) other debt obligations that rank pari passu or senior to the debt obligation being exchanged which have a face amount equal to or greater than the full face amount of the debt obligation being exchanged and are eligible to be Collateral Loans plus any accrued and unpaid interest in Cash.

  • Net Proceeds Offer Trigger Date has the meaning set forth in Section 4.16.
