The early termination fee shall be equal to the fees payable in the remaining part of the Initial Service Term or any Extended Service Term.
If Client commits to a shorter period than the Extended Service Term, the price of the Service shall change to Supplier’s standard price for such Services on a periodic basis equivalent to the level of Client’s commitment.
