Related to Extended Wiring

  • extended reduction means a reduction under this scheme for which a person is eligible under Part 12 (extended reductions);

If a transfer of service is not successful or you move to a location outside your local utility’s service territory, you may cancel this Agreement at no cost to you. Failure to notify XOOM of your move will be considered a cancellation of this Agreement in accordance with its terms.

  • Wireless facility means equipment at a fixed location that enables wireless communications

  • Curtailment Period means a time period for which Seller is requested by CAISO or a Transmission Provider to curtail its Power Product for Force Majeure or otherwise.
