Extension Fees definition
Extension Fees has the meaning set forth in Section 2.07.
Extension Fees has the meaning given to such term in the Class A-1 VFN Fee Letter.
Extension Fees means extension fees payable by the Mortgage Loan Borrower pursuant to an extension option exercisable by the Mortgage Loan Borrower pursuant to the terms of the Mortgage Loan Documents.

More Definitions of Extension Fees
Extension Fees. Any fee received by the Servicer in consideration for the granting of an extension on the payment of any Scheduled Payment due under a Lease.
Extension Fees. With respect to any Contract, any fee received by the Servicer in consideration for the granting of an extension on the payment of any Scheduled Payment due under such Contract. Any Extension Fees received shall be allocated as follows: (1) 50% thereof shall be allocated to the Issuer and shall constitute Pledged Revenues; and (2) 50% thereof shall be allocated to the Servicer and shall constitute an Administrative Fee.
