Extension Resolution definition

Extension Resolution means the ordinary resolution of the holders of Class A restricted voting shares approving the Extension;
Extension Resolution means the special resolution for holders of RVUs to consider, and if thought advisable, to pass, with or without amendment, to allow for the Extension.

Extension Resolution means the resolution of Class A Restricted Voting Shareholders approving, among other things, the Extension as set out in Appendix “A” to this Circular;

  • Series Resolution means a resolution of the Corporation authorizing the issuance of a Series of Bonds in accordance with the terms and provisions of the General Trust Indenture, adopted by the Corporation in accordance with Section 204 of the General Trust Indenture.
