Exterior Improvements definition

Exterior Improvements means without limitation all transportation and drop off areas, refuse areas, parking lots, hard surface play areas, sidewalks, fencing, signage, retaining walls, bicycle racks, flag poles, railings and all landscaped areas, including without limitation grass, trees, shrubs and other decorative plants, all as described in Parts 10 and 11 of Schedule 3 [Design and Construction Specifications], and excludes School Board Supplied Furniture and Equipment and playground equipment installed by the Authority;
Exterior Improvements has the meaning indicated in Schedule 18 (Technical Requirements);
Exterior Improvements means any improvements, furnishings, fixtures, or equipment located in the exterior areas of the Property (whether public access or not and including the roof) and/or located in the public access areas of the buildings, which may include mechanical equipment, photovoltaic panels, satellite dishes, antennae and other communication equipment, public art, bollards, flower baskets, benches, tables, chairs, umbrellas, heaters, railings, gates, trash receptacles, cleats, signs, kiosks, flagpoles, canopies, awnings, landscaping, planter boxes, light poles, lighting fixtures, fountains, ticket booths, bicycle racks, plaques, markers, tents, models, other street furniture, and paving or other surface treatments.

  • Sublandlord acknowledges and approves Subtenant's use of DES to prepare the Preliminary Plans for the Exterior Improvements, and Arc-Tec to prepare the Preliminary Plans for the Building Improvements.

  • Tenant shall not be permitted to make any change in the Tenant Improvements without the prior written approval of Landlord, which may be exercised, and made subject to such conditions as Landlord may require, in its reasonable discretion, and no changes may be made by Tenant to the Exterior Improvements.

  • The Exterior Improvements will include replacing the building's roof with like material and, as needed, all of the following: replacing gutters, tuck pointing the brick fac;ade, replacing windows and repairing window ▇▇▇▇▇, painting exterior elements of the building, repairing or replacing the metal awning on the building, repairing or replacing the metal roll-up door with suitable historic materials, and cleaning and maintaining the grounds surrounding the building.

  • Within thirty-six (36) months after the Closing Date, Buyer will expend an amount not less than One Hundred Fifteen Thousand ($115,000.00) (the "Private Investment") to complete its exterior redevelopment (the "Exterior Improvements") and interior redevelopment (the "Interior Improvements") (collectively, the "Property Improvements") of the existing building on the Property to accommodate a mix of residential and commercial uses.


More Definitions of Exterior Improvements

Exterior Improvements means the improvements to the subject property as set out in Section 3 herein;
Exterior Improvements means, collectively, all the Tenant's Improvements located outside the Premises (including without limitation any or all of the Tenant's Improvements installed pursuant to the provisions of Article 41 hereof) and all the Structural Work Improvements; excluding, however, (I) the Non-Removable Exterior Improvements and (II) except in cases where this lease is terminated pursuant to a Non-Scheduled Early Termination, the Designated Exterior Improvements.
Exterior Improvements certain improvements to be made to the landscaped areas located on the Property, as well as certain building exterior cleaning, all as further specified on Schedule 2 attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Exterior Improvements means the portion of the Alterations and Upgrades more particularly described on Exhibit B attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference.

Related to Exterior Improvements

  • System improvements means capital improvements to public facilities which are designed to provide service to a service area.

  • Leasehold Improvements means all buildings, structures, improvements and fixtures located on any Leased Real Property which are owned by any Group Company, regardless of whether title to such buildings, structures, improvements or fixtures are subject to reversion to the landlord or other Third Party upon the expiration or termination of the Lease for such Leased Real Property.

  • Tenant Improvements Defined in Exhibit B, if any.

  • Site Improvements means any construction work on, or improvement to, streets, roads, parking facilities, sidewalks, drainage structures and utilities.

  • Initial Improvements means any construction, modification, rehabilitation, reconstruction, or restoration of the Premises, or installation of Fixtures thereto, that the Lessee is required to make upon commencement of this Lease in accordance with Section 8.
