External Assessment Centre or “Centre” means the unincorporated body comprised of the organisations listed in ANNEX 3 and formed to work with the Contractor in its provision of the Project - the External Assessment Centre Members are not partners of each other in any legal sense.

  • All interaction between the External Assessment Centre and the media should be channelled through NICE Communications Department.
